Often executors and other legal representatives are not located in the Delaware County area although the estate and its assets are located in the area. We have worked for many years with out-of-town representatives in assisting them to fulfill their obligations to inventory, distribute and liquidate personal property. Frequently estate beneficiaries are located out of the area and their specific bequests must be delivered to them. We are prepared to assist in this process by packing and shipping items to beneficiaries in a professional and timely manner. We can also assist in the removal and liquidation of items that are not designated for specific beneficiaries.
